Here’s Part 5 of my 7-part series called The Economy: A User’s Guide. You can find Part 1 here, Part 2 here, Part 3 here and Part 4 here.

At the core of our economic system is a tangled mass of entities we call corporations. Individual corporations might have a single logo, but a corporation is in fact a conglomeration of parties who are often at odds with each other. In this episode we look at how corporations expand, how to look at them systemically, and how growing up around them wires out neural circuits.
