Hey everyone,
As mentioned in my last post, over the last months I’ve been working on a project with the UK-based Lankelly Chase to create a 7-part video series that I’m calling The Economy: A User’s Guide. I posted Part 1 (Interdependence) last week, and here’s Part 2. It’s called Human Natures.
The Economics discipline has historically relied upon a flawed conception of human nature called ‘Homo Economicus’, and in this episode we look at what that misses out. We also dive into the work of legendary anthropologist David Graeber, to see the hidden principles that lie under much of our economic life.
These videos will also be released on my YouTube channel here
Cheers!
Brett
